Having begun her modeling career over 30 years ago, Ms. Claibourn specializes in representing and promoting people in the fashion and modeling industry. At her agency she is busy overseeing administrative duties, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing business operations at The Elan Agency - including customer service, event planning, meeting with current and prospective clients and talent, preparing marketing presentations, heading up workshops on modeling and narration, managing accounts payable and receivable, while at the same time assisting with the management of operations of the production company she also runs with her partner, Jeff Ross. Ms. Claibourn began her career as a model, and with various diversions in administration along the way, has progressed to her current position. She attributes her success to her dedication, devotion and determination; "the 3-D's."

Ms. Claibourn completed coursework in Psychology, English, Mathematics, Nursing Studies and Paralegal Sciences at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She is affiliated with the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau, the Writers Guild of America and Women in Film, along with various other Women's groups in Las Vegas. She spends her volunteer energies on the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, the American Cancer Society and AIDS Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Ms. Claibourn is a cancer survivor and has also lectured on the subject.

Ms. Claibourn stays current with the trends in her profession by listening to their talent, attending seminars and meetings, networking, participating in community affairs and reading industry-related publications. She feels that agencies operating without legal licensing and participation in other unethical practices are major issues facing her current profession.
