As the Owner and Designer of Abalonia, Julie Ann Albenese is responsible for working with sterling silver, matching colors for stones for consistency in the jewelry, customizing jewelry design, and creating murals, backsplashes and landscape elements including pathways, waterfalls, and ponds with mixed media elements. She became involved in her profession because she was always creative. She attributes her success to her ambitious and goal-oriented nature.

Ms. Albenese completed coursework in design at Sacramento City College, having received her diploma from Amador Valley High School in 1998.
