Minnie Christine Walters Inducted into Exclusive Registry
Minnie Christine Walters Honored for Excellence in All Aspects of Designing

Riverside, CA, November 10, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Minnie Christine Walters, Chief Executive Officer of Minnie Christine Custom Costume Design, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of designing.

Ms. Walters has more than 25 years of professional experience, and excels in costuming. She is responsible for conducting classes and overseeing live theatrical productions. She previously worked as a makeup designer for Robert Goulet in 'Man of La Mancha,' as a costume shop manager for a theatrical rental company for 10 years and as a resident designer for 12 years. She considers being able to design costumes for famous theatres like The Santa Fe Opera, the Tulsa Ballet and the Hollywood Bowl, and to work with Michael Butler, the producer of 'Hair: The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical' on Broadway, to be her greatest professional accomplishments. She also wrote an article that was published in 1996.

Ms. Walters holds a Master of Fine Arts in Costume Design from California State University, Fullerton and a Master of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Oklahoma State University. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design from Washington State University and an Associate Degree in Religion from Brigham Young University. She volunteers with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and feels that workers' compensation is the most important issue facing her profession today.
