New Printing Technologies Lowers the Cost of Branding
Superior Imprints utilizes latest techniques to offer affordable customization and branding to more companies.

SEATTLE, WA, November 22, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- As marketplace demand for companies to brand and personalize their products grows, new technologies are lowering the barrier for smaller companies to participate. In the past, high cost and limited materials meant only larger companies could afford the custom printing required to brand their wares. Now, a new breed of professional printers uses new technologies to offer custom printing to any sized business for virtually any three dimensional product that can be manufactured.

Superior Imprints, a custom printing and embroidery shop located in Seattle, is one such printer. Owner Jim Hiett explains that new techniques allow him to print what others cannot, and often at a lower cost. The lobby shelves of Superior Imprints are decorated with the logos of some of the most successful companies in the United States - names like Microsoft, Boeing and Starbucks. But sprinkled around these behemoths of industry are products from smaller companies like wine shops, a local sports team and even a dentist's office.

"We print everything - any material," Hiett explains. To accomplish this, his company uses the latest techniques in pad printing, specialized screen printing, and even laser engraving to accomplish the task. Superior Imprints also offers an ultra modern embroidery service that employs up to 78 heads at a time to apply a logo to almost any material quickly and at a lower cost than traditional embroidery.

Today, businesses of all sizes face a growing demand for personalization and branding of their products. A restaurant may wish to imprint all their beer glasses with a custom logo in order to promote their brand, sell as a novelty or even give away to customers. In the past, this was not feasible unless the restaurant was a large chain.

Today, companies like Superior Imprints give options to those smaller players. As a result, more and more businesses are building brand recognition through promotional items imprinted with a logo or advertising slogan.

In a world where personalization is becoming the norm, these types of products are appearing in consumer's lives. Companies increasingly want to build customer goodwill by offering a tokens of appreciation. Custom-printed items provide opportunities for increased brand exposure as the recipient uses their new item throughout the day.
