Andrew Jacovou celebrates first year as President of Ever-Glory International Group, Inc

With a lifelong passion for fashion, Andrew Jacovou always knew that he wanted to work in clothing design. Becoming an expert on apparel marketing, he went on to gain over 35 years of industry expertise. Today, Mr. Jacovou serves in his first year as President of Ever-Glory International Group, Inc. Ever-Glory is the first Chinese apparel company to be listed on the American Stock Exchange. Featuring high-end casual wear, jeans, sportswear, outerwear and accessory items, Ever-Glory maintains global strategic partnerships with Europe, the U.S., Japan and China. At the helm of operations, Jacovou oversees its U.S. division, responsible for both production and retail units.

For his demonstrated excellence in world politics, international trade and business, Mr. Jacovou has received several awards. He holds a Ph.D. from Corllins University and will seek to draw upon his global sourcing, manufacturing and marketing to venture into teaching as he moves forward. Mr. Jacovou is a member of The Clothing Council.
